Our vision is to empower the upcoming youth of South Africa and also by developing the South African communities in accordance with the government principles, existing realm of self empowerment and sustainability among the previously disadvantaged communities, deserve a chance on being a part of South African economical prosperity. We act with integrity in all of our interactions never compromising our business ethics. This is the cornerstone of who we are as a company, and this is essential to our future success and that of our counterparts.

OUR VISION 

Nkrets Enterprise (Pty) LTD is passionate about providing long-term employment opportunities within the communities in which we work. We understand that education and training are fundamental in addressing issues of aspiration and attainment, thereby creating opportunities for a dynamic, successful and modern local economy process.

We employ local labour and we recognize the importance of recruiting local people and how this can stimulate economic regeneration within the communities through wealth generation and wealth circulation.

Nkrets Enterprise (Pty) Ltd makes an agreement with our clients to employ local people for Engineering projects, within this local labour clause.

Nkrets Enterprise (Pty) LTD will:

  • Endeavour to its best to employ a percentage of its workforce from local residents and endeavor to take on local apprentices.
  • Nkrets Enterprise understand the pain of having little or not having at all.
  • We have found a home which we cater for on a monthly basis. The home is nearby Absa main building in Rustenburg CBD where the homeless are mostly situated.
  • People living there are hopeless and need our help.
  • We have made it our responsibility to help with a little that we can and with time we will be reaching out to even more fellow human beings who are homeless and in need.
  • We occasionally donate with clothes and food through the help of individuals around Rustenburg town and surrounding areas.
